This role is currently based in Berrinba, relocating to a stunning new office in Yatala in the coming months!
We’re seeking a motivated and collaborative person to join our Support team, to ensure the smooth running of our client accounts.
Working in a friendly and dynamic team, you will communicate with our clients and sales reps via phone and email to ensure orders and deliveries and processed easily and efficiently. In return, we will provide you with training, growth and career development! Order Support Job at AU 2023.
We’re seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our Support team based in our beautiful new Yatala office!
Responsibilities
- Communicating directly with customers via phone and email
- Raising orders and reviewing if additional items are needed
- Scheduling deliveries to the client/location
- Updating existing orders in line with stock arrival dates
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure smooth delivery
- Problem-solving issues and resolving them in a timely manner
Requirements
